Break Time…

It’s time to take some time off from blogging. Friday, I got my COVID vaccine. Friday night, my arm got sore, but this was nothing new. As Saturday morning wore on, my temp hit 102.4 and stayed there until late afternoon (at which time it dropped to 101.0). I am in a feverish brain fog and not in any frame of mind to blog (other that to say I’m taking a break).

Next weekend, my in-laws are visiting. So I will not be blogging again, but for a more joyous reason. In the meantime, here are a couple poems I’ve been enjoying lately:

The Spirit Wooed” by Philip Larkin, and

A Summer Wish” by Christina Rosetti.

  1. Joyous occasion indeed, Teague.

Now, don’t go trying to butter me up.

BTW, I do read your blog although not often commenting.

Just letting you know I am observing you from off shore through heavy lenses.
